1. What materials are used in your lamps?

Our lamps are made using:

  • Hand-cut stained glass

  • Copper foil or lead solder

  • Zinc/bronze alloy bases

  • Heat-resistant fittings

  • Certified safe electrical components

Each lamp goes through multiple quality checks before shipping.


2. Do the colors look the same in real life as in the photos?

Yes, but stained glass looks different under different lighting conditions.
Daylight, warm bulbs, or cool bulbs may slightly change the appearance.
All product photos are taken under warm lighting to show natural glow.


3. What bulb type do your lamps use?

Most lamps use E26/E27 standard bulbs.
You can use:

  • LED bulbs (recommended)

  • Warm white bulbs

  • Smart bulbs

  • Vintage filament bulbs

Always check the product page for bulb wattage recommendations.


4. Do the lamps get hot?

Not with LED bulbs.
We recommend LED bulbs because they:

  • Produce very little heat

  • Use less energy

  • Protect the stained glass from discoloration


5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time: Usually 3–7 business days within the USA

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes.
Once your order is shipped, we email you a tracking link where you can follow the delivery status in real time.


7. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in original packaging.


8. My lamp arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@tiffanylamp.us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Packaging photos

We will replace the item or issue a refund right away.

10. Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added later.

Most lamps require simple assembly, such as:

  • Attaching the lampshade

  • Securing the finial

  • Installing the bulb

No tools needed.


12. Are the lamps safe to use?

Yes. All lamps include UL-listed or safety-tested electrical components.
Use LED bulbs for best performance and longevity.


13. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been shipped yet.
